At Rynova Softwares, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services tailored to your business needs. As most of our services are digital, customized, and project-based, refunds are only granted under specific and justified circumstances.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients can request cancellation within 48 hours of payment if the work has not yet started. Once the project has begun, cancellation is subject to deduction based on work already completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • • If the service is not delivered as agreed and Rynova Softwares (OPC) Private Limited is unable to resolve the issue after multiple attempts
  • • In cases of duplicate payment or billing error
  • • When cancellation is made within allowed time and conditions

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • • Domain registration, hosting, licensing costs
  • • Third-party software or services paid on your behalf
  • • Work already completed and delivered

4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment. Confirmation will be shared via email.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
